Prominent stateswoman, First Vice-President of the Republic of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva is known as a socio-political figure who has done great work in the internationally promotion of national culture and history of Azerbaijan. In general, in order to study Mehriban Aliyeva's multifaceted activities in the international arena on a larger scale, it is necessary to touch upon complex issues that are systematically interconnected.
