<description>Stress Field Pattern in the Northeastern Part of Azerbaijan.
Babayev, G.; Yetirmishli, G.; Kazimova, S.
Azerbaijan is characterized by a strong level of seismicity with earthquakes concentrated within several active areas. In this study, we calculated the source mechanism of&#13;
earthquakes occurring in the northeastern part of Azerbaijan, by using the digital waveform data recorded by the Republican Seismic Survey Center (RSSC) at the Azerbaijan National Academy of Sciences (ANAS) during the period from 2003 to 2017.

<title>Sovyetler döneminde Rusya'nın Dağlık Karabağ politikası</title>
<link>http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/1251</link>
<description>Sovyetler döneminde Rusya'nın Dağlık Karabağ politikası
Mustafayev, Beşir
Kafkaslarda hem yerel coğrafyasından hem de jeopolitik bakımdan merkezi önem taşıyan&#13;
vaka Azerbaycan’ın Karabağ bölgesidir. Karabağ, aynı zamanda Ermeniler açısından “Büyük Ermenistan” hayalinin gerçekleştirilmesi için sembol özelliği taşımaktadır. 1938–1953 yılları Sovyetlerde “suçlu halkların sürgün” dönemi olarak kabul edilmiştir. İkinci Dünya Savaşı boyunca gösterdikleri çetin mücadeleye ve kazandırdıkları zafere &#13;

<description>Composition and Properties of the Unique Oil from Azerbaijan's Naftalan Oilfield.
Adigozalova, V.A.; Hashimova, U.F.; Polyakova, L.P.
Azerbaijan's Naftalan oil is unique in the world because of its medicinal properties. The physicochemical characteristics and chemical composition of the oils from various levels of the top department of the Naftalan oilfield were studied with the view of identifying the features of its biological action. The composition, and the hydrocarbon group content of the oil from the operating wells of three mining levels of the top department of the Maykop Suite of the Naftalan oilfield and to examine and evaluate the oil reservoir homogeneity in terms of the physicochemical parameters and chemical composition of the Naftalan oil from individual mining levels.

<title>The Turkey-Azerbaijan energy partnership in the context of the southern corridor.</title>
<link>http://hdl.handle.net/123456789/1241</link>
<description>The Turkey-Azerbaijan energy partnership in the context of the southern corridor.
Kardaş, Şaban
This paper examines the energy partnership between Turkey and Azerbaijan in the context of the Southern Corridor. It argues that an interdependent relationship between Turkey and Azerbaijan has emerged, parallel to the rising importance of the Caspian basin in European energy security discussions. It maintains that Azerbaijan plays three distinct yet interrelated roles in Turkey’s energy policies: supplier for domestic markets, contributor/enabler of transit projects, and investor. The paper investigates the development of Turkey-Azerbaijan relations chronologically. It shows how these three roles evolved in three successive phases: the 1990s; the first decade of the 2000s; and&#13;
recent years. The paper then analyzes the implications of the recent TANAP+TAP project for Turkey-Azerbaijan relations as well as for the Southern Corridor in general.
