O, Sovyetler Birliği döneminde yetişmiş olmasına rağmen, ideolojik tekrara dayalı kuşatmanın sanattaki sınırlarının dışına çıkarak eserlerinde bireyi ve onun içinde yaşadığı toplumdaki aksaklıkları, ümit ve sevinçleri samimi bir anlatımla işlemiştir. Anar, mensubu olduğu Türk kültür dairesi ile Rus ve Batı klasiklerini tedkikinden doğan birikimiyle sanatını orijinal bir terkibe ulaştırmıştır. Azerbaycan Cumhuriyetinde sanat, kültür ve siyaset alanlarında temsil makamlarında bulunmuş, üstün çalışmalarıyla devlet ve milletine hizmet etmiştir. O, devlet ve sanat adamlığıyla olduğu kadar bilge ve mütevazı kişiliğiyle de Türk devlet ve topluluklarında bir kanaat önderi olarak temayüz etmiştir. Bu makalemizde onun çağdaş medeniyetten beslenen dinamik ve yaşanan bir değerler bütünü ve olgu olarak milli dil, düşünce ve hayat tecrübesiyle inşa ettiği eserlerindeki zaman, mekân ve kahramanları panaromik bakış açısıyla değerlendirilecektir; Anar, the Azerbaijani Turk, is an art and state man, who produced many valuable works in various fields such as story, novel and script writing in the second half of the XXth century and at the beginning of the XXIst century. Despite being raised during the Soviet Union, by going beyond the boundaries of the siege based on ideological repetitions in art, he has looked at the individual and the disruptions, hopes and joys in the society in which he lived, with sincere expressions in his works. Anar has brought his art to the original composition with the accumulation he obtained from the investigation of the Turkish culture circle whose member he was, and the Russian and Western classics. He has been in representation positions in the fields of art, culture and politics in the Republic of Azerbaijan and has served the state and nation with his superior works. He has become a leader in the Turkish state and societies with his background relating policy and art as well as his wise and humble personality. In this article, the time, place, and heroes in his works built with the experience of national language, thought and life will be evaluated with a panaromic point of view in relation with dynamic and living values fed from contemporary civilization.
