At the present stage of development of phraseology, interest has especially intensified in the development of theoretical directions and trends that make it possible to look with different eyes at the rich phraseological material accumulated over centuries and subject it to more careful comprehension and research. And above all, this is reflected in the boundaries of research, which are noticeably expanding, differentiating in the development of phraseology into a number of its individual subsystems.
